Why Do We Lose Weight Loss Motivation?

Losing weight is a challenge for almost everyone. Why? Because it takes constant motivation throughout the term of your diet. If you don’t see results, you will quit. Every time.
There are so many things that can get us motivated to start a diet. It is, unfortunately, very easy to lose your diet mojo part way through.

With the right mindset, diet program and preparation, you CAN lose weight consistently. This is the single biggest factor to staying motivated and on track no matter what diet program you choose.
For many people, it’s just a matter of finding the right diet that will work for them.

A perfect example is the HCG diet.

This diet works well for most people because of how easy it is to follow and how fast it works. Diets that are substantially longer end up not working for the majority of the population.

The main reason why people struggle with certain diets is that they are just far too long. For example, there are several versions of the Atkins diet that require you to make significant dietary changes for as long as two to three months. It’s hard to stay focused on weight loss for such a long period. Many people benefit from being able to focus on weight loss for about a month or slightly longer.

With the HCG diet, you don’t have to wait months to see results, and it can be very rewarding to watch yourself lose 200-300 +  grammes per day.

People typically start seeing results within the first few days.

Other diets just don’t offer you the same ability to lose weight that quickly. You often have to stay with the diet for two to three months or longer before you see real results with your body. That amount of time that it takes can be disheartening. The same goes with going to the gym, walking or running… we have all tried it.

Avoid any diets that take too long to deliver their results. You don’t need to wait for months to lose weight; the HCG diet will work extremely well in a very short period and will give you the results that you want.

It usually exceeds most people expectations. I have never actually come across another weight loss program that encourages you to weigh yourself every day to see the results.

What about those pre-packaged food diets?

One important thing to remember is that pre-packaged “Diet Foods” are definitely not a good idea for weight loss. These foods are just as bad as many of the other junk foods and processed foods that you can buy; Many of these meals many of the same nutritional deficiencies and problems that can actually lead to weight gain.

Next time you are at the supermarket take a look at the sugar content. Some of the most popular “Diet” snack bars have 3-5 teaspoon of sugar in them. How can this help in fast weight loss? Many of the frozen meals are high in carbohydrates, which is another type of sugar, spiking insulin levels and causing the body to store this food as fat. The actual foods do not really help you lose weight. They are actually just smaller portions. Dieting with these “health foods” is frustrating and very expensive.

Any diet that calls for you to use pre-packaged foods is very likely to fail you. These foods are just not designed for rapid weight loss. The slower and the longer it takes. The more meals and snacks they will sell.

You are much better off trying any natural diet; you’ll get better results in the short term, and won’t be eating foods that counteract your goals and make it harder for you to lose weight. The only diets that are really proven to work in the long term are diets that include whole natural foods. Carbohydrate, sugar and some fat restrictions are also very important.

The HCG diet works well for most people.

If you’ve struggled with dieting consistency, you’ve probably tried a diet or two in the past without much luck. You may have lost a few kilos here and there but put them back on, or you didn’t see the results that you wanted to see. To be able to stay motivated and focused on your weight loss goals, you need a clear plan of action and strict requirements that will help you accomplish your goals as quickly as possible.

The HCG diet offers all of that, and because of its short duration and proven effectiveness, it can give you the results you’re looking for, motivating you all the way to your ideal weight.
