Phase 2 – Burmese Shrimp and Cucumber Salad

Here is a quick and easy meal to make for when you are Phase 2 or the HCG Diet.

  • 100 grams of cooked Shrimp
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Lemon or lime (juiced)
  • ¼ tsp.Turmeric
  • ¼ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper

Prepare this recipe by mixing the garlic, pepper, salt, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Toss the shrimp in the spice mixture, cover, and refrigerate 30 minutes. Chop cucumber into 1cm pieces. Add the cucumbers to shrimp mixture. Parsley or Coriander to taste. Top with lemon juice. Wallah!

A simple and delicious salad that can put in a Tupperware and be taken with you to work. Can be used for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the HCG Diet.
