HCG Approved Cheesecake for Phase 3

Here is an easy, super low calorie, super delicious cheese cake. It easy to make and tastes unbelievable!

A classic New Zealand dessert that is perfect for Phase 3 of the HCG Diet.

 Serves 6. 90 Calories per serve

Ingredients:

2 Eggs
2 Tablepoons of vanilla
1 1/2 Cups plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of stevia
500 Grams of fat free cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons of melted butter

Blend the eggs, vanilla, yogurt and stevia. Slowly mix in the cream cheese and butter. Mix until well blended.
Put into a greased 30cm oven bake dish and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes.
Then refrigerate. This will thicken the cheese cake
Add whatever topping you want. My favorite is strawberries
Suggestions: whipped cream, nuts, chocolate, fruit, etc.
