I’ve done one round of the 40day hcg journey with the drops,shake, pills and b12.
I started at 84kg on the 8 July and dopped to 68kg
I followed the 40 days to a T! Which was very hard not giving into temptation but so well worth it watching the scales go down daily. After the 40 days I’ve been following roughly the guidelines. BUT I still have more to lose! My aim is to weigh 62kg by the 4th November as I’m going to the USA for my 30th and want to look & feel my best! I feel so much better already being in a healthy bmi range now and being told I’m a “healthy weight” now, not “overweight” as my scales previously told me!
