10 Kgs So Far

Just recently I was away on holiday and I was astonished when visiting a friend, seeing her transformation over the last few months. I was lucky she was caring enough to-share the secret of her success with me and as I do – I did lots of research.
It got me thinking – I can do this, I can get back to the size I was 10 years ago.

After many years of stress my body my own weight has slowly crept higher and higher. It’s taken over three years for me to get into the correct headspace to change my eating focus. I decided now was the time.

I have been following the plan for six weeks, at times my weight loss has been slow and I’ve had a couple of plateaus but sticking to the plan has paid off for me. I feel so much better in myself and have lots more energy. I’ve found it easy to shop and come home and portion my meat and freeze the excess portions. My cats even been enjoying the off cuts – wonder if he can go on a course of HCG after this– only kidding. I cook my lunch time protein when I cook my dinner so it’s ready to add the vege portion(tomatoes or cucumber are my lunch choices) in the morning and throw in my bag along with my fruit and off to work. No challenges of what to buy for lunch. Yay. Very easy to follow.

I have had a pair of jeans I’ve been trying to get into for about three years and when trying them on in the weekend I had to find a belt – they were loose – awesome.

To date I have lost just over 10 kg. I still have another 5kg to get to where I’d like – looks like that will be on my second course.

After seeing my success my daughter and another friend has joined suit. A work colleague has been enquiring on how I’ve achieved my results so I’ve forwarding the website link onto her – I find that really exciting.
